A brief consultation gives us space to talk about what you’re looking for, answer initial questions, and see whether working together feels like the right next step. There’s no pressure to decide anything during this call — it’s simply a chance to connect and clarify. Many people use this call simply to ask questions or get a sense of whether EMDR might be a good fit — you don’t need to know yet.

What to Expect

I provide trauma-focused therapy using EMDR, with an emphasis on thoughtful pacing, collaboration, and individualized treatment planning. Many clients reach out when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to work more directly with trauma patterns that haven’t shifted with other approaches.

Fees & Logistics

My practice is private pay, and I am considered out of network for most PPO insurance plans.

My fee is $250 per 50-minute therapy session. Payment is collected at the time of service, and I provide superbills that clients can submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement rates vary depending on your individual insurance plan, deductible, co-insurance, and out-of-network benefits. Some clients choose to submit claims independently, while others use reimbursement services such as Reimbursify to help streamline the process.

About Treatment Structure

EMDR therapy is most effective when sessions are held weekly, particularly during active reprocessing phases. We can talk together about whether this level of commitment feels realistic and supportive for you at this time.
