What to Expect
I provide trauma-focused therapy using EMDR, with an emphasis on thoughtful pacing, collaboration, and individualized treatment planning. Many clients reach out when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to work more directly with trauma patterns that haven’t shifted with other approaches.
Fees & Logistics
My practice is private pay, and I am considered out of network for most PPO plans.
My fee per session is $250. I’m happy to share information about out-of-network reimbursement during our consultation if that would be helpful.
About Treatment Structure
EMDR therapy is most effective when sessions are held weekly, particularly during active reprocessing phases. We can talk together about whether this level of commitment feels realistic and supportive for you at this time.

I am an out of network provider for most PPOs. Check out my blog for info on how to use your out of network benefits. You will need to contact your insurance company to confirm that they reimburse for out of network treatment. Rates of reimbursement vary by insurance company and plan. There is a company called Reimbursify that can streamline the process and help you along.
