You will need to contact your insurance company to confirm that they reimburse for out of network treatment. Rates of reimbursement vary by insurance company and plan. There is a company called Reimbursify that can streamline the process and help you along.
If you are seeking a clinician who is in network with your insurance, contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. They can provide you with a list of clinicians who accept your insurance in your zip code.
